We are located on the Salinas beach promenade, with a dining room capacity of up to 42 people in single shifts of lunch or dinner. You will enjoy, (in a dining room designed, and decorated to match the natural environment to which it opens) a careful contemporary market cuisine under the direction of Cristina Arias Sopeña and her magnificent and multicultural kitchen team. The room, under the direction of Guillermo González, complements the equipment, transferring the essence of each dish to the guests. Large-format marbles, velvets, huge windows and a careful musical and aromatic selection, will ensure that your visit is not limited only to gastronomy, but also that you enjoy the essence of the restaurant to the fullest: its social character and a multisensory experience. We never "fold" tables so you can always enjoy a pleasant after-dinner with the rest of the guests.
