CANCELLATION POLICY and REFUND OF AMOUNTS FOR RESERVATIONS

 

In Éleonore cobramA deposit of 25 euros per diner is required to confirm your reservation. This amount is deducted in full from your final invoice. It is simply a guarantee.

 

You can cancel or modify the date of your reservation, with a full refund of the amount charged to your card, if you do so at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to it, with great regret, the amount charged for it will NOT be credited to your credit card.

 

In the same way, if the reservation was associated with a gift card and the reservation was canceled within the previous 72 hours, the gift card will be considered redeemed.

The non-attendance of all or any of the diners on the day of the reservation is considered a modification or cancellation after the deadline, having the same effects of charges on your card.

Please always notify us of changes in the number of diners and/or table cancellations so we can be more operational. Our work with doughs, ferments and other ingredients requires correct planning of the number of diners.

 

Last minute cancellations cannot be covered by other diners, nor can the product be reused, nor can the hours spent in its preparation be recovered.
