Our Allegra Tasting Menu: this is a single menu for the Sunday meal service.
At Allegra we take a sophisticated tour of our cooking concept in which we use the best products from the Cantabrian Sea and Asturian orchards. We present it in 15 courses in which the product varies as the seasons progress, but the menu usually maintains the same structure: Cocktail and 5 Welcome Snacks, 4 starters, 2 Mains in 3 Courses, Pre-dessert and Dessert. You will discover different cooking techniques (from the most classic to the contemporary) and the excellence of the raw materials of our land. Estimated duration of service: 2 hours. The price is expressed in euros, with VAT included and DOES NOT include the possible pairing menu (+55), the Winery or other drinks.
We present the indicative selection of dishes, based on our latest proposals. Keep in mind, as we said before, that we vary its content depending on the market product and that the daily pace of work does not always allow us to update the website immediately. If you want additional information about the menu for a specific date, do not hesitate to call us.

We remind you that on the last Sunday of the month we replace our food service with a Brunch service.
