
Our Éleonore Tasting Menu takes a complete tour of our cuisine and the best products from the Cantabrian Sea and the Asturian orchards. Through the 16 passes that compose it (always with the same structure: 3 Snacks, Aperitif, 6 starters, 2 Main, Pre-dessert, 2 Desserts & Petits) you will discover different cooking techniques and the excellence of the raw materials of our land. If what you prefer is a more classic menu format, you can always order the dishes individually and also ask our staff for suggestions of the day. The Éleonore Tasting Menu is only available with indication in the reservation. Estimated duration of the service: 2 hours and 30 minutes. The price is expressed in euros, with VAT included and does NOT include the Wine Cellar or other Drinks.
